In order to provide highly specialized care
in our tertiary care setting, we suggest that
information letters from your primary physicians
of the referring hospitals are strongly
recommended to be sent to us when you visit our
hospital the first time. The letters are
forwarded to the Division of Hospital
Communications by FAX to make the appointment
process easier.
